Simple Testing Procedure:

1. Remove the cover and place the tube in the tube holder.
2. Collect a nasal swab specimen by rotating the swab five times in both nostrils.
3. Place the swab into the extraction tube, ensuring it touches the bottom. Rotate the swab for 10-15 seconds.
4. Remove the swab while squeezing the swab head against the inside of the extraction tube. Discard the swab.
5. Close the cap securely.
6. Unscrew the small cap and add 3 drops of the extracted specimen to the specimen well.
7. Wait for 15 minutes.

Result Indications:

• Control line and Test line both visible: Positive result.
• Only the Control line is visible: Negative result.
• The Control line is not visible: Invalid result.
